Skylake Adventures Indiana

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applies to all admission tickets, passes, and add-on rentals purchased for SKYLAKE Adventures (“SKYLAKE,” “the park”). By purchasing or using any ticket, pass, or rental, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

  1. General Admission & Tickets

Admission is subject to availability and capacity limits; entry is not guaranteed. SKYLAKE manages online ticket sales to reserve appropriate capacity for guests with existing tickets and annual passes. No refunds or credits will be issued if capacity limits are reached. Annual passholders receive priority consideration but are not guaranteed entry on peak days. All tickets and passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not valid for resale. Photocopied, duplicated, or altered tickets will not be accepted. Tickets may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Parking is not included with admission. Adult 1-day tickets expire one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Second Day Tickets grant one additional day of admission and must be used within seven (7) days of the original visit; they are valid only in conjunction with a qualifying original admission and may not be purchased or used on their own.

  1. AnnualPasses & Memberships

All  annual memberships require a name assignment and photo identification taken by SKYLAKE staff upon the guest’s first visit to the park. Passes are valid only for the named member and may not be transferred or used by another person. Additional information or documentation may be required at SKYLAKE’s discretion for membership verification or renewal purposes.

If a guest uses a pass under a false name or uses a pass belonging to another person, SKYLAKE is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from that guest’s presence in the park, and the guest forfeits all rights and protections under these Terms & Conditions, including waiver protections. SKYLAKE reserves the right to terminate the associated pass without prior notification and without refund.

  1. Rules, Eligibility & Policy Changes

SKYLAKE Adventures is a seasonal attraction. Operating dates, hours, attractions, and experiences are subject to change without notice. Current age requirements, height requirements, unaccompanied-minor policies, attraction-specific restrictions, and other park rules are posted on SKYLAKE’s website (FAQ) and at the park, and may be updated at any time for safety or operational reasons. Guests are responsible for reviewing current rules before each visit. These policies apply to all guests regardless of when a ticket or pass was purchased; purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that eligibility rules in effect at time of purchase will remain unchanged, and SKYLAKE is not obligated to honor prior policies for tickets purchased before a rule change. Prohibited items and behaviors are listed on SKYLAKE’s website and posted at the park. SKYLAKE reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any guest for safety or operational reasons, including failure to meet posted eligibility requirements. Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions from SKY Crew staff at all times; failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

  1. Water Attractions & Safety Requirements

Participation in water attractions generally requires guests to be at least 4 years old and capable swimmers; however, every attraction and activity has its own specific age, height, and safety requirements, as posted at that attraction and in SKYLAKE’s website FAQ. A SKYLAKE-provided, U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket is required at all times during water attraction use and equipment rentals. All participants in water attractions must have a signed liability waiver on file before participation; by purchasing admission or a rental, guests acknowledge they will complete this waiver and agree to its terms (a parent or guardian must sign for minors).

Guests may use personal cameras, phones, or recording devices throughout the park at their own discretion. However, guests may not carry personal devices (including phones, cameras, or on person action camera) on water slides or attractions where use is not permitted. Guests who do so assume all resulting risk and liability, as further outlined in the signed liability waiver.

  1. Rentals

Cabanas, Umbrellas & Chairs: Rentals are valid for one (1) day of use on the reserved date only and are subject to availability. Park admission is not included and must be purchased separately. Rentals are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale; no refunds are issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused time. Rental areas are for day-use only and may not be reserved, subleased, or shared beyond stated capacity, and must remain in their designated area unless relocated by staff. SKYLAKE reserves the right to reassign rental spaces for operational reasons.

Kayaks & Paddle Boards: Rentals are valid for the reserved time period on the scheduled date, subject to availability and weather conditions. Park admission is required (or may be required, depending on rental type). All participants must be capable swimmers and wear a life jacket at all times, and must have a signed liability waiver on file. Guests must follow all SKY Crew safety instructions; reckless or unsafe use of equipment is prohibited and may result in termination of the rental without refund. Guests are responsible for equipment damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Lockers: Lockers are available for guest use. Guests are responsible for ensuring their locker closes properly and the locking mechanism engages before leaving items unattended. SKYLAKE regularly maintains lockers, but guests must verify locker functionality before use and report any malfunctions to staff immediately. SKYLAKE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in lockers due to guest error, failure to secure the locker properly, or locker malfunction. Guests are strongly encouraged to leave valuables at home or in their vehicle.

  1. Weather, Closures & Rescheduling

Attractions and rentals may close due to weather or unsafe conditions. SKYLAKE will evaluate rescheduling eligibility based on the duration of the weather impact, the amount of park time remaining, and other circumstances. Guests may request consideration for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis; management will evaluate each request individually. Refunds are not issued.

  1. Refunds

All tickets, passes, and rentals are non-refundable. Management may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to safety-related ineligibility (such as inability to fit provided safety equipment).

  1. Assumption of Risk, Liability & Personal Items

By entering SKYLAKE Adventures or using any rental equipment, guests assume all risks associated with park attractions and activities, as further detailed in the signed liability waiver required for water attraction and equipment rental participation. Guests are responsible for all personal items and valuables. SKYLAKE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items regardless of location (beach, cabana, locker, or elsewhere). Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home or in their vehicle.

  1. Guest Conduct

SKYLAKE reserves the right to remove or ban any guest from the park, without refund, for disruptive, threatening, harassing, or intoxicated behavior, or any conduct that endangers the safety or experience of other guests or staff.

  1. Accommodations

Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary restrictions requiring accommodation should contact SKYLAKE in advance of their visit to discuss available options.

  1. Image & Likeness Consent

By entering SKYLAKE Adventures, guests consent, and parents or guardians consent on behalf of any minor guests, to the use of their image and likeness in SKYLAKE promotional materials, without compensation.

  1. Acceptance

Purchase or use of any SKYLAKE ticket, pass, or rental constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as they may be updated from time to time.

  1. Updates to These Terms

SKYLAKE may update these Terms & Conditions, the FAQ, and park rules at any time without prior notice to guests. SKYLAKE is not obligated to individually notify guests of such changes. The most current version of these documents will always be posted on SKYLAKE’s website, along with a “last updated” date. Guests are responsible for reviewing the current version prior to each visit.
