Depending on our current advertising campaigns, we may also use one or more of the following types of advertising platforms: programmatic display advertising networks, streaming audio platforms (such as Spotify, Pandora, or iHeartMedia), connected TV / OTT platforms, and geofencing / location-based advertising vendors. When we engage any such vendor, we will update this section accordingly with the vendor name and a link to their privacy policy. All such vendors are contractually restricted from using your data for their own marketing purposes.

9. Server Logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically records a log entry for each request made to our site. Each log entry may include the date and time of the request, your IP address, the page or resource requested, the type of browser you used, the referring URL (if any), and error or diagnostic information. This data is used for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not use server log data to identify individual visitors by name.
10. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate our business, including ROLLER (ticketing and payments platform), Campaign Monitor (email marketing), and our advertising and analytics partners listed in Section 8. - Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skylake, our guests, or others.

Payment data processed through ROLLER Payments is protected with bank-grade encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. ROLLER’s infrastructure is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and undergoes regular security audits.

12. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Complete and support your purchases, reservations, and bookings

In practice, retention periods are generally determined by the default retention settings of the platforms and tools we use (including ROLLER, Campaign Monitor, and Google Analytics). We do not proactively delete guest data unless required to do so by law, upon a verified deletion request under applicable privacy rights (see Section 14), or when data is no longer necessary for any legitimate business or legal purpose.
When you request deletion of your data (see Section 14), we will take steps to remove or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable law and the capabilities of our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal defense.

If you are a resident of Indiana, you have rights under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA). These include:

Please be specific about the request you are making. We will respond within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we may extend this period by one additional 45-day period and will notify you in writing of the extension and the reason for it.
13.2 Verification
Before responding to your request, we may ask you to verify your identity using information you have previously provided to us. This step is necessary to protect against fraudulent requests. If we are unable to verify your identity after a good-faith effort, we may decline the request and explain why.
13.3 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and may also contact you directly to confirm the request is legitimate.
